The Hollow

The Hollow is a forest-to-table restaurant that specializes in the traditions of rustic American cooking. Highlighting proteins and vegetables harvested from the great American landscape, our rotating seasonal menu is adorned with bison, quail, boar, and rabbit. Each is accompanied by a variety of seasonal vegetables such as rainbow carrots, wild mushrooms, radicchio, and winter greens. 

"Y'all, I've got a feeling we're not in Columbia anymore..." In the heart of the capital city lies our woodland oasis, transporting busy city diners into the wondrous, serene environment of the forest. Our spacious dining room takes guests to the rustic woods of America, while our bar cozies up under the main event- a grand floor-to-ceiling tree; sheltering all those beneath with its expansive canopy. 

The Hollow is honored to bring a fresh take on woodland American cuisine to the Vista District of Columbia, South Carolina. We strive to provide an immersive and memorable experience, while taking time to educate guests on the quality and benefits of consuming root vegetables and fresh game.
