Chef Danté Serra is turning up the heat, highlighting his grilling and smoking techniques. He will be taking familiar Summer flavors and breaking wild, featuring bison and quail. Boston Beer has showered us with fun surprises for everyone, and we look forward to grilling and having a beer with our friends!

Join us for an elegant culinary journey through the renowned wine regions of France. Enjoy a thoughtfully curated Four-Course Dinner prepared by Chef Danté Serra, with each course expertly paired with a distinguished French wine. Each wine was selected to showcase the diversity, character, and heritage of France's most celebrated vineyards.

Duck Sacchetti ~ confit duck, poached pear, gorgonzola, orange beurre blanc, blood orange reduction

Grilled Peach Salad ~ arugula, grilled South Carolina peaches, chèvre cheese, pickled onions, toasted walnuts, raspberry vinaigrette

Red Deer Tenderloin ~ seared venison, pommes anna, sautéed white asparagus and cherry tomato, entrecôte sauce
